In the course of product returned/exchanged, all jewelry products are checked by our team. Return policy void if the price tag is broken or tampered with, product damaged in transit due to improper packing by the customer, missing any accompanying accessories. It should have the original invoice and all other stuff sent with the parcel. The product should be in proper and unused condition. It is all subject to inspection by the NRI Collection team.

Currently, we are giving FREE SHIPPING facility on order value Rs. 500 or more. Shipping charges are just Rs. 49 for the order value up to Rs. 499.
* Are there Extra Hidden Costs (Sales Tax, Octroi, etc.) on products sold by you?
Product prices are always precise and defined. NRI Collection product prices are final chargeable rates as there are no extra hidden charges payable by the customer. Indicated prices are always inclusive of all payable taxes where applicable. However, gift wrapping is charged as it constitutes extra cost.
* What is the Minimum Estimated Delivery Time for Product Orders?
Products are shipped within a specified time and generally delivered within 7 business days. Business days leave out public holidays and Sundays.
